THE DREAM There was some kind of octopus in a garden. Its tentacles were engulfing me. I tried to free myself. I managed to with great difficulty. It was a big struggle though
THE REALITY The dreamer was suffering terrible illness. It was engulfing him just like the octopus did in the dream. Trying to free himself was a symbol of his wish to overcome this illness.
