THE DREAM The following are short summaries of dream which all contain 'hearts'. I have tried best to isolate the symbolic meaning of 'hearts' in each dream.

Part of her believed that he might make an attempt to get back together but it had now been a long time. The 'always in his heart' was symbolic of her thinking that they were meant for each other.

A heart pounding was linked to the dreamer anxiety about her mother. She had heard rumours that she was going to leave for Japan without saying anything to the dreamer. The heart pounding was symbolic of this anxious situation.

A heart pounding dream was linked to the dreamer gaining a promotion. Unfortunately everyone was saying that he got this because of his connections. The punding heart was symbolic of his anxiety regarding this situation.

A dream where there is this heart thing on me but it stinks was linked to the dreamer trying to appear sympathetic and caring. However, deep down he was cold and unemotional. The stinking heart was symbolic of him trying to be sympathetic but coming across as cold hearted.
