THE DREAM I dreamt I was driving my car to visit a man I recently met and experienced a strong bond with. I am not sure what the future holds for this relationship. I came to a large empty parking lot, and as I pulled into a space my car began to become impossible to steer. Several lights on the dashboard went on in a circle, and I thought, "Oh the belt I recently fixed is not working (true car repair I recently had done that affected steering) and I wondered if this man could help me. But I was embarrassed to ask for help because he would find out how much help I needed. I felt alone in the world and wished this person would help me.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION I recently lost my father and my whole life has been disrupted. I have really struggled to solve problems on my own and I did just repair the car for the said belt. I met this man 2 weeks prior and we had a very passionate encounter.

Dreams are about the dilemmas in our lives. Its only a simple car repair yet its much more important and you know it. Its about sending out signals. You do not want to appear too desperate. So I think you already know the meaning of this dream. Its quite a literal dream. But it just shows you how dreams pinpoint such crucial dilemmas. Once you understand how dreams work then its easy to see their meaning. Understanding a dream does not help you though. Its interesting to see how dreams do link to the here and now. But you will already know its meaning as your mind will have already passed on its meaning. Your conscious mind does not understand the meaning yet it does not need to. Your memory blocks are turned off during sleep so its not important to see how your mind came to its conclusions.
