DREAM FORUM - Dolphin jumping to God

THE DREAM : I always have strange dreams and usually discount them as "JUST DREAMS". These two actually captured my attention. The dream actually came in 2 parts. The first part i was is art class and we were learning how to DRAW a dolphin. I drew it as soon as i woke up. The next part came as a kind of addition to the picture i had drawn that morning. As the dream progressed the picture gained a ocean, clouds and the hands of God reaching down for the dolphin to jump in them. The last thing to appear on this drawing was my cousins name and 2 dates.

THE BACKGROUND:Everything in my life is great! i have a new wife. Great step kids and a bunch of animals. The next day after the dream my aunt called me and told me my young cousin was murdered the day before. My cousin loved life! She was a beautiful child, playful, smart and only 10 years old.

What a dreadful thing to happen. I find it difficult to know what to say. Dolphins are such beautiful creatures, so playful and fun. Your dream celebrates her life and what you thought of her. You remember her wonderful nature. And by remembering how beautiful she was you realise just how unjust and wrong and totally shocking this loss was-----------------------------------------------------

Thankyou so much for sharing your dream. It is the most lovely image of God catching a soul mid flight. There is so much joy in that dream vision - the child is safe in God hands even though she is lost to us here in such an awful way. My heart says you have been equipped to comfort many affected by this loss. You have been given the strenght to over come the despair and hopelessness others will wrestle with. Bless you and thank you for sharing the hope you have been given.
