DREAM FORUM - repetitive haunting dream

THE DREAM : i move into an unknown house and as i walk though the door i am at the top of some stairs and i collapse on the floor and get dragged down the stairs by something i cant see, i then see ghosts of a child about ten or elevn as i turn corners in the house, at one point im in bed with someone wrapped in the duvetand there is a figure at the end of the bed, he gets dragged out of the room and then i get dragged down the stairs again, i remember the coldness of the house as i walk through the door and there being lots of cats there running around me. i have had this exact dream three or four times now and its the only one i can remember so vividly and i wake up in a sweat, i dont recognise the house from anywhere ive been before but its the same house each time.

THE BACKGROUND:i grew up with my mum and my brother who are both disabled, my dad hasnt ever been on the scene, i had a baby son with my ex partner who was born and passed away at seven months in hospital through cot death and now have another child, a girl. i aspire to go into the armed forces but there always seem to be set backs both because of personal and emotional reasons.
